It all begins with the music— the JAMS.
Come enjoy a 45 min workout/experience where Jessica turns up the Jams and leads the class through a fusion of dance, sculpting, and pilates. Meet her on the dance floor and experience the power of moving to the beat together, while physically pushing yourself.
Once payment has been received you’ll get a heart on your payment and that will be your confirmation.

Wear workout attire, including tennis shoes.
Yoga Mats will be provided, but if you’d like to bring your own feel free.
