    Calling all busy, dedicated dancers! I understand that committing to a weekly one-hour session can be challenging amidst your packed schedule. That's why I’ve designed the perfect solution for you—a revolutionary option that empowers you to excel on your terms!

    Introducing our new "Coaching" program, where you get to enjoy the convenience of a 1-hour in-person private lesson once a month. I will assess the dancers’ needs, prescribe tailored exercises, and ensure they grasp them correctly. But the magic doesn't end there!

    I’ll provide you with recorded video tutorials and a comprehensive PDF guide, so the dancers can practice at their convenience, holding themselves accountable to your growth and improvement.   • Dance JAMS

    45 Minutes of a non-stop Dance Party.

    Get ready for a soul-reviving dance workout session filled with Jams, low lights, and high vibes! Experience the transformative power of music and movement as you dance your way to physical and mental well-being. Join us for a dance workout experience like no other.

  • Pilates

    55 minute Pilates privates utilizing the Reformer Machine. During a session we will focus on your specific needs and use the reformer to align, strengthen, stretch, and help prevent injuries.

  • Custom Private Lessons

    Using the mediums of dance, yoga, and pilates I offer a customized training session for adults at any stage in their fitness journey.
